Refund Eligibility

Refund Exclusions

The 30-day refund policy does not apply to the following situations:

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee

GoBrute.com guarantees a 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In the unlikely event that we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for a service credit as outlined below.

The uptime guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance or upgrades.
  • Issues beyond our control, such as natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or network outages.
  • Customer's actions or configurations that result in service disruption.

Service Credit

If your service availability falls below 99.9% in any given month, you may request a service credit equivalent to one day's service for each hour of downtime, up to a maximum of your monthly service fee. To request a service credit, contact our support team within 30 days of the downtime occurrence. Service credits are issued at our sole discretion and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Support Response Time

We are committed to providing timely and effective support. Our standard response time for support requests is within 24 hours. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and our current support volume. For urgent issues, please mark your request as "High Priority" when contacting our support team.

Limitation of Liability

Our SLA and refund policy represent the extent of our liability for any downtime or service interruptions. GoBrute.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
